Open Question: Join special Forces or become innovator?

Ok so here's my dilemma, Ive always wanted to join the special forces sense I was 6 years old, life dream. But I also have a gift of extreme creativity. When I was 7 years old I built things that a normal 7 year old wouldn't have built. I have designed things that could change the world, some people have said that about there invention but there invention didn't actually change the world, trust me mine inventions would. My gift of great creativity has also applied to every single aspect of my life. But I don't know whether to join the special forces or start a business like boeing or lock head martin or even just sell my inventions to business's. I'm afraid that if I become an Innovator i'll regret not joining the special forces and living the life of a warrior or if I join the special forces I would have wasted my creativity and my inventions and ideas would never reach reality. Im really confused and will rip my hair out if this goes on. Should I do what that guy Pete Blabber did who wrote the book "The mission, the men, and me" who was a delta force commander for years then became a CEO for a bio tech company. Can someone please me help out with this problem. Any advice and help would be really greatly appreciated. Thanks. I'm sorry if it sounds like i'm bragging about myself. I hate bragging I'm just discribing myself thats all.

So from high school, as a result of severe laziness, i have had a 2.8 unweighted, but 3.1 weighted. i think im very intelligent, but ive not been working hard. Here's all the classes I've taken in my high school so far. the weight on honors is .5, but for AP and GT(gifted and talentted) its 1. 9th Grade: AP US Hist. Geometry GT Earth Science GT Gym Business Computer Science 1 English 9 Spanish 1 10th Grade: AP Government Algebra II GT Biology GT Computer Science 3 AP Software Applications English 10 Honors Spanish 2 Honors 11th Grade: World History Honors AP Macroeconomics Spanish 3 Chemistry AP English 11 Pre-Calc GT Computer Science 4 AP So with that my gpa is 2.8 unweighted, but 3.1 weighted. Here are my extracurriculars: JV Wrestling 1 Year Film Club - President I've done 100 hours of community service in high school. I was first place in the local film festival here. Internship at a company that deals with Microsoft Dynamics. Now my SAT and AP Scores are: I've had a 2140 in my SAT. 31 in my ACT. 2 on Comp Sci A 5 on Government 3 in English 3 in Macroeconomics 5 in US History. Now I'm going to turn myself around my senior year and get around a 3.57 or higher for unweightted, but like a 4.0-4.2 weighted. because thats what i usually got in the beginning of the year then i would get lazy. Senior Schedule: AP Environmental Science AP Statistics AP Calc AB English 12 Honors Physics GT Film Health(required for high school requirement) My question is with this kind of grades and SAT scores, will I get into the college of my choice? I really will sacrifice everything to get into the school I want for the next year if I have to: Colleges of my choice University of Maryland, College Park UMBC NYU Virginia Tech. So Its my boyfriends birthday on Saturday, Ive already got him a few expensive gifts, And was looking for a few cheaper cute gifts to get him,the problem is he doesn't know what he wants so im not getting any ideas from him. Hes the kind of guy who has everything as well so it makes it really hard to get him stuff. I know it's the paper anniversary. I thought about paper roses, or having a photo book made. Just wanted to know if anyone had any other ideas. I thought maybe an ipad would make a decent gift for paper since it could be used for photos, ebooks, and other paper-like things. Just don't know if a tech gift is unromantic. Resolved Question: How do I get rid of the guilt feeling I always get?

So everytime I get a gift or my Parents buy me something I always have this feelng of guilt like that. Don't deserve it or that if I have fun with this something bad will haPpen to me or my family. I hate it I don't know why this happens to me I'm a good kid I don't do drugs or stupid stuff like that and my family loves me. Today was my 15 th birthday and about 2 weeks before It my parents got me a 230$ cymbal for my drum set (for some reas Ididn't feel bad about that) and I thanked my parents and asked them not to get me anything else. So today my parents woke me up and gave me a computer mic that was really high tech and costed 140$. I intantly felt bad and eventually I asked them to return it and I didn't keep the money they got it back. But now I feel like an idiot for asking them that even though they didn't take it seriously like I did. Why do I get like this I hate it so much it makes me feel depressed sometimes and I want to be like a normal person and please don't tell me to get over it or something Stupid like that I can't it's really hard for me not t feel like this and I need help please give me a good answer Today

He's a complete sci-fi nerd, his whole family is into tech things (which I don't want to go close to because I know I'll mess it up), he's very practical but he likes things that are high quality. He is not the type of 20 year old who would like anything that has to do with drinking or skanky girls. I just need a gift idea in time for his birthday in September.

I have had 6 girl friends Sense i was 21.....im now a 26 year freshmen at a tech school pursuing my mechanical engineering degree......they all seem to tell me these type things: im controlling, immature, will never have anybody, am the type of guy they'd cheat on, don't have it together, am overweight, and that no woman will ever be happy with me, short, unattractive, have a severely bad personality...most dump me then find someone about three months later...and seem to stay with that person for a couple years or marry them I have tired my best....cooked, cleaned, bought gifts for,,,put first in sex ect......most say i contact them to much when im just being friendly ill contact them 2 or 3 times a week and maybe hang out once a week....but i usually only returned their texts....it has cause dme to: hate people never want to go out want to kill me self ( i think about it almost every night) not wanna eat not wanna go to college anymore wanna try to over dose on pills to kill myself to not even look at a girl////hell most will not even give me a first glance anyway.. im 5'6.5 200....i hate working out so yes im fat...... should i listen to them and forget dating at all? I havent ever had a relationship over 3 months if that..im 26...I literally have no friends....most people DO NOT what so ever like me..... what should I do?. Voting Question: My Dell Inspiron Got a Virus Can I Reformat it Myself?

I heard that i can reformat my dell if it got a virus. we tried bringing it back to the state it was in just before my comp got attacked (sorry i know im not using tech terms but im kinda stressed out and dont remember them.. not exactly tech savvy) the virus has my computer locked down pretty tight its not letting me access anything.. basically i don't have the money to pay for the virus to be removed. i heard that i can reformat my computer but that i need to have a CD that "came with the computer" (i think they were talking about an OS CD..) well the computer was a gift from my parents, they said that it didnt come with any CDs? The computer was bought in 2008. if any1 is able to help me out here that would be awesome, the sooner the better.. i start classes on monday..

I am turning 20 on the 24th... I live in Toronto, Ontario... My girlfriend keeps asking me what I want for my birthday... I have no idea!!! She is already planning on cooking a meal for us and taking me on a picnic, which I already said is more than enough... but she wants to get me some kind of gift... She said come up with a list of stuff and she would get something from it, to keep it a semi surprise... The only thing ive come up with so far is a 1tb portable harddrive... by the way, I'm into computers and gaming, a computer science student, and im not too picky, i will try anything once or twice...
