The high tech nature of ABC‟s business means that employee must be able to learn on a continuing basis. Open Question: Vocaloid English Version?

Okay, so I am interested in purchesing the Vocaloid software, Rin and Len. I looked around and found that it is in both Japanese and English. But when I looked around on Ebay and other shopping sites, it was only the Japanese version. What I want to know is if you can change the language on the software or do you have to buy one that is only in English? Because I haven't actually seen an English copy. I don't want to buy the software thinking you can change the language on it only to find that you can't. Can someone help me please?
